Okay, now this is confusing.
In 2009, the Senate healthcare bill CBO cost estimate was $871 billion and supposedly cut the deficit by $132 billion.
Today, the Senate bill combined with Pelosi's "fixes" costs even more, $940 billion and supposedly reduces the deficit by $138 billion.
???? We are spending billions more and also saving more at the same time?
How is that possible unless there are a mess of tax increases in the "fix" bill?
Apparently this is the new new math that we are teaching our children. Spend billions more and reduce the deficit!!!!
