Arlen Specter changed his party from Republican to Democrat today giving the Democrats the veto proof majority they desperately wanted.
Of course the Dems already had the veto proof majority because Specter keep voting with the Democrats.
Although I was grateful for Specter's work getting Roberts and Alito confirmed, I have no support for him otherwise.
It was good to here that RNC chair, Michael Steele, was willing to follow the lead of the state parties and work to get Specter out of office.
Arlen Specter has behaved as a democrat for a long time, thank goodness none of my money will every make it into his campaign coffers.
