Painful stupidity

At least part of me hopes the stupidity of this particular RNC chair candidate, is painful.

Republican National Committee Chairman Mike Duncan issued a statement Saturday distancing the party’s leadership from one of the GOP’s best-known operatives, Chip Saltsman, who distributed a CD containing “Barack the Magic Negro” as part of his campaign to be elected chairman of the Republican National Committee next month.

What was Chip Saltman thinking? What was Mike Duncan thinking by waiting so long to respond? Almost 24 hours???

It does not matter if the song is a parody. It does not matter whether or not you meant the song to be racist. It does not matter that the title to the song came from the LA Times. I don't care

None of that matters.

How could you not think that the MSM would turn this into the headline they turned it into?

All Americans are aware of today is that someone high up in the RNC, who wants to lead the RNC sent out a song called "Barack the Magic Negro" on a CD to RNC members.

Just as idiotic as sending out these CD's by Chip Saltsman is the reaction time of Mike Duncan by letting that headline rampage for almost 24 hours.

And oh by the way, Ken Blackwell is not helping his case for RNC chair by defending this garbage. I understand that he is attempting to help folks really understand what the song really meant, but let's hope he is not dumb enough to do this same thing if he becomes RNC chair.

Now, I have not decided who I plan on supporting (I am certain the candidates are waiting with bated breath), but this one is a no brainer. No Mike Duncan and no Chip Saltsman!

For more information on the candidates, here is a guide. Take the evaluations with a grain of salt. Do your own research on each candidate.
