Milwaukee police said they have restored order this morning but will remain outside of the Marcia P. Coggs Human Services Center after a crowd awaiting free food vouchers - which never were to be distributed - became unruly this morning
Either the flooding situation is a ton worse than the media is reporting and we have a lot more people in dire straights than we originally thought or there are some thugs trying to take advantage of the flooding situation.
Either way, this should not be happening in Milwaukee. We did not get hit with Hurricane Katrina.
All of this over a rumor of free food stamps??? How does a rumor like this get started?
