New Hampshire: Did you know?

Did you know that New Hampshire is actually not very good at picking on next President?

The last time a Democrat won a contested primary in New Hampshire and went on to win the presidency was back in 1976, Jimmy Carter.

The last time a Republican won a contested primary in New Hampshire and went on to win the presidency was back in 1980, Ronald Reagan.

There have been some relatively uncontested primaries, like George Bush in 2004, who won. However, the contested primaries have brought bad results.

I am not sure if winning in New Hampshire is the best thing to happen to the Democrats or the Republicans.
