Turns out Hsu was the Democrat's connection to REALLY BIG MONEY!

Wow is a understatement. This is huge. Perhaps the media will stop trying to put this on the back shelf. Even this has got to raise the eyebrows of many in the media.

I am convinced, Hillary knows something that we do not know. There is absolutely know way that she gives up this kind of money, if her camp did not know something.

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign said Monday it will return $850,000 in donations raised by Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu, who is under federal investigation for allegedly violating election laws.
Clinton, D-N.Y., previously had planned only to give to charity $23,000 she received from Hsu for her presidential and senatorial campaigns and to her political action committee, HillPac.

To date, Suitably Flip had identified about $174,000 worth of Hsu related campaign donations. Hillary is voluntarily giving up $850,000. Flip is all over this again.

The big question still remains- Where did this money come from?

I am really beginning to wonder if someone has made the China connection. Perhaps China is attempting to buy American politicians just like they did during the Clinton administration.

I have no evidence. However, the Wall Street Journal, is hot on the Hsu trail. It appears they are wondering the same thing I am-

A 1998 Senate Government Affairs Committee report on the scandal found "strong circumstantial evidence" that a great deal of foreign money had illegally entered the country in an attempt to influence the 1996 election. Johnny Chung, a bagman for the Asian billionaire Riady family, confessed that at least $35,000 of his donations to the Clinton campaign and the DNC had come from a Chinese aerospace executive--a lieutenant colonel in the Chinese military who he said helped Mr. Chung meet three times with General Ji Shengde, the head of Chinese military intelligence. Mr. Chung testified that Gen. Shengde had told him, "We like your president very much. We would like to see him re-elected. I will give you $300,000 U.S.. You can give it to the president and the Democratic Party."

This article was out before knowledge of the huge Clinton haul of $850,000.

Of course, before this big announcement, Clinton's friends were calling all those who questioned this mess, bigots.

Clinton defenders suggest that those who make comparisons between the sloppy vetting of Mrs. Clinton's 2008 campaign and her husband's 1996 scandal are bigots because of the presence of Asian names in both cases.

I wonder what Clinton's friends have to say now?
