Dane County says "no" to referendum on troops

I got to say, I am very surprised.

Moonbat central- otherwise known as Dane County, has decided against adding a advisory referendum to this November ballot-

Voters will not be able to cast their ballots countywide calling for an immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq as the Dane County Board early this morning rejected putting a troop withdrawal advisory referendum on the November ballot.
Emotions ran high on both sides of the debate over the referendum, pitting anti-war activists against veterans and active duty soldiers. The debate happened after 1 a.m., following the last piece of business near the end of a seven-hour board meeting.
The vote was 20-12 against putting the advisory referendum on the November ballot.
